Five single rooms in a renovated house offer you a high standard. Ideal for fitters or business travellers - but can also be used as a holiday room. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV. You can receive up to 800 channels in many languages. Each room has a desk with Internet access. All you have to do is connect your laptop. In addition free W-LAN in the whole house. The beds are 100/200 or 140/200 cm tall.

The rooms are on two floors, each floor has a shared bathroom. You can use the kitchen on the ground floor free of charge. Two refrigerators, freezer, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher as well as all necessary kitchen utensils belong to the equipment and can also be used free of charge. Free parking is available directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the house.

The common areas of the house are regularly cleaned by us. If the house is fully occupied, this is done daily. You keep your room in order yourself! Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Breakfast or other meals are not offered.

The house is located in the inner city of Lengerich. The city centre is 1 km away. The large industrial companies Windmöller & Hölscher (1.6 km) and Bischof & Klein (3.7 km) are within easy reach. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and a restaurant are within walking distance. The city centre offers all necessary shopping facilities. The driveway Lengerich to the motorway 1 is 2.5 km away from the house. Lengerich railway station is also located on the main railway line between Münster and Osnabrück. These cities can be reached very quickly by train or motorway.  Bus connection is only a few hundred meters away from the house.
